This is an amazing facility and the surgeon Dr Boswell and his team are fabulous. They are all very compassionate and very attentive to all your needs. Always a very fast response to any question or concerns you have. I have and still highly recommend friends and family to Body Aesthetics. I absolutely love all my results they definitely exceeded all my expectations and i will continue to visit this team for all future needs as well.

Dr. Boswell and his staff could not be more knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and accommodating to their patients’ needs, pre- to post-op. Dr. Boswell’s skill as a surgeon is truly impressive: my sutures are well hidden and hair-line thin; there is absolutely no distortion in my appearance, just an improved, refreshed, and very natural look. His friendly staff offers marvelous support, always accessible and thorough in prepping the patient, answering as many questions as necessary promptly and courteously. The hospital in which Dr. Boswell works, Barnes Jewish West, was also outstanding, with caring, professional staff. Surgery can be a frightening experience, but Dr. Boswell and his team truly allayed my fears and did everything to keep me comfortable. I emphatically recommend Dr. Boswell without reservation, and remain very grateful for such a positive experience.

Dr Boswell and his staff are amazing. They take time to listen to any concerns or questions you may have and handle them on a personal level that’s best for you. They are patient and understanding and allow you to make your own decisions based on the information you have and what you are comfortable with. Dr Boswell does amazing work. Dr Boswell removed my saline breast implants under local anesthesia. From consultation to the actual removal Dr. Boswell, Jamie, and staff did a wonderful job. I could not have asked for a better experience and result. For six long years I carried 2 pounds worth of implants around that were never comfortable and I absolutely hated. I feel like I’ve lost six years of my life trying hide my mistake. Dr. Boswell’s did not try and talk me out of my explant nor did he suggest I get a lift. Post procedure and I cannot believe how beautiful my natural breast are. Jamie, thank you for holding my hand and reassuring me during the procedure. Dr. Boswell did an amazing job on my tummy tuck, muscle repair and lipo. I was one of the few who unfortunately experienced a hematoma. Dr. Boswell and his staff were incredibly caring and supportive during the whole ordeal. Dr. Boswell assured me the hematoma was only a hiccup in the grand scheme of things and he was right. I am so grateful I found him to help make my dream body come true.
