As a senior I had reservations about having plastic surgery at my age. I'm pleased to report that my experiences with Dr. Boswell and his team have been more than positive. I'm delighted with the results! He was thorough with explaining options and responding to my many questions. Dr Boswell, as well as the office staff and the team at Barnes-Jewish West, were patient and sensitive to my needs. I recommend Dr Boswell without hesitation.

I saw Dr. Boswell for a breast reduction and I can’t say enough positive things about him and his staff. Dr Boswell was polite and explained everything about the procedure in depth — there was zero pressure, only facts. The day of surgery the nurse staff at BJC West County raved about how great of a surgeon he is. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. Dr Boswell even took the time to call and check in on me on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! I would recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic procedures in the Midwest. Top notch.

Body Aesthetics is amazing. My experience with Dr. Boswell and his team have been 100% the best medical experience I’ve had in my life. You couldn’t put more faith, confidence and trust into a better team. I probably had 50+ questions and the doctor/team are ready to answer any day any time (lol literally I even asked questions in the middle of the night). And best of all no pressure, you can truly be yourself and lay out your expectations and they will get you to your goal. Doc is a well renowned and respected surgeon, I live over an hour away and even the doctors/medical spas back home know and respect his medical opinion and treatments. And having that type of publicity and trust from other respected doctors is definitely another star in my book.

Had a wonderful experience. I Recently had breast implants. Dr. Boswell is an amazing, caring, professional doctor, with a perfect bedside manor. His staff is very kind, caring, and understanding. Absolutely love the whole team here I highly recommend!!!! Everyone is very friendly they listen to all your needs and wants and they make it happen! They make sure you were comfortable before doing anything! Check up on u after!!!! I got a breast augmentation and I absolutely love it!

Dr. Boswell is not only a skilled surgeon, but a doctor I trust with medical information as well. He is extremely knowledgeable and I respect his judgement with all medical questions and referrals. I have been with him since he started as a surgeon and will continue to be a client of his. His staff is fabulous as well! Can’t say enough good about all of them.

This is an amazing facility and the surgeon Dr Boswell and his team are fabulous. They are all very compassionate and very attentive to all your needs. Dr. Boswell and his staff could not be more knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and accommodating to their patients’ needs, pre- to post-op. Dr. Boswell’s skill as a surgeon is truly impressive: my sutures are well hidden and hair-line thin; there is absolutely no distortion in my appearance, just an improved, refreshed, and very natural look. His friendly staff offers marvelous support, always accessible and thorough in prepping the patient, answering as many questions as necessary promptly and courteously. The hospital in which Dr. Boswell works, Barnes Jewish West, was also outstanding, with caring, professional staff. Surgery can be a frightening experience, but Dr. Boswell and his team truly allayed my fears and did everything to keep me comfortable. I emphatically recommend Dr. Boswell without reservation, and remain very grateful for such a positive experience.
