Dr. Boswell is simply amazing. After interviewing a couple of St. Louis surgeons, it was more than apparent that Dr. Boswell was, hands down, the best! He is a great listener, his advice is spot on, his attention to detail is meticulous, and you know right away that he cares about his patients. He will also spend the time necessary to fully explain all options and expected results, as well as tell you if he doesn’t think a procedure is necessary or may not provide the results you’re looking for. The office staff are phenomenal too! Highly recommend.

Dr Boswell is the one to trust. Best in the area, and holds himself to very high standards. Is truthful with you and knows if you look good, he looks good! Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I needed a few skin tags removed from my neck. I was nervous going into it but Dr. Boswell and his staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. He removed the tags as painlessly and quickly as possible. Of course, there was a little pain but It was definitely worth it! I am extremely happy with my results!

I came here recently for a consultation. Everyone that helped me couldn't have been nicer. I liked Dr. Boswell too. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and fair in his assessment of my issue. If I get anything done I will certainly get it done here.

I love Dr Boswell because he is excellent at explaining things. If I ask for something which he believes might not be a good idea, he will explains why. (Always giving the pros and the cons.). I love his patience, and you never feel rushed. He is a doctor that I feel lucky to have.
